My place is one that I know serves as a creativity haven for many others: the coffee shop.  It really doesn’t even matter which one or which location.  I just love coffee shops.  I’m a frequent customer and I currently work in one part-time.  Whether it’s the environment or the caffeine high that draws me in, you can usually find me in a coffee corner somewhere around town when I need to get down to business.

While the coffee shop definitely serves as my PLACE for harnessing creativity, I get some of my best ideas when I’m cleaning my house or exercising.  It never fails that every time I have a creative project or paper due the next day, I end up cleaning a room in my house or popping in a workout video for thirty minutes.  It’s a great release and a great way to get my thoughts together and somehow get out some great ideas.
